Regular processing times will vary between 1-2 business days for orders that selected the free shipping UPS Ground option at checkout. UPS Ground can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive once shipped.ย

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery. Shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times. We are unable to create international return labels so return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer.

Adding in the time it takes to ship the item back, it can take up to two weeks for the item to get processed. However, we work quick and will process all returns as soon as possible.

Are there extra fees when I use Afterpay?

How does the payment schedule work?

In most cases for pay-in-4 purchases, customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are due every 2 weeks in equal installments and will be drawn from your selected payment method. The remaining payments wil l be deducted every month from your payment method until all scheduled payments are complete. Will I be notified when a payment is due?

Can I move or change payment due dates for an order?

You may be charged interest for the period of time before your refund is processed. What happens if I have a partial refund, and how does that affect my payments?

Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. If you purchased using pay-in-4, your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments. If you purchased using monthly payments, interest already paid will not be refunded. Any amounts paid toward the good or service will be adjusted; interest will be recalculated based upon the adjusted amount.
