For items shipped via UPS Ground, orders are typically processed in 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-10 business days after being shipped. In the event of a delay, we will investigate and ensure that you are kept updated on the expected shipment date or any further actions taken. 

For expedited shipping options such as UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, once the order is shipped, it can be expected to arrive within the specified shipping duration, not including the fulfillment period.
